- Help provided here makes an assumption that you are relatively new at setting up and using a news reader but goes only as far as setting one up for usage with this service.
- Help provided comes in two forms: [1] Online HTML based help for both dialup and broadband users pertinent to Mozilla Thunderbird, Microsoft Outlook Express and Generic instructions, all of which can also be downloaded for localized viewing. [2] A series of Powerpoint Presentations with viewer, covering a wider variety of clients (Windows Only).
- The PowerPoint Presentation Download, will contain help for six different newsreader plus a generic set, you will have to be running Windows 2000 or greater, the file you would download is a full installer that will provide a PowerPoint viewer.
- The Online Help Pages will load inside a popup window.
- Please note that In Windows Vista, Outlook Express has been renamed to Windows Mail, but the setup should be the same.
- The help provided might be useful for setting up other news readers but when in doubt, the generic HOW-TO should be referenced in concert with the help and support resources for the your preferred reader.
